FLYCUT technology

This technology optimizes the processing of thin metals. The system does not use a single object to cut, but recognizes all contours located in a straight line, and then the cutting head traverses the entire board along the entire straight line at high speed. This feature can significantly save processing time when drilling.

Nesting technology

It allows you to place the maximum required number of parts on the processed plates, while considering parameters that minimize waste. Therefore, task preparation time is saved. LEAD POS technology

LINESECUT technology

LineSeCut does not cut each part individually, but instead arranges all contours in a straight line, significantly reducing the processing time for thin sheet metal. The optical head traverses the entire sheet line at high speed, cutting out contours in the corresponding segments. The time savings are particularly significant when cutting perforated gratings.

Security

Sheet metal position detection function

This function allows you to automatically detect the positioning rotation angle and the workpiece on the machine table, and adjust the cutting program if necessary. If the material is not evenly positioned on the platform, the detector will be used to determine the edge of the material and the material will be programmatically rotated to the desired coordinates.

New generation security tracking module
