Precautions for the use and maintenance of laser marking machine:

 

①It is strictly forbidden to modify the protection circuit and the main components of the laser arbitrarily;

②No-load operation of acousto-optic power supply is not allowed (that is, the output end of acousto-optic power supply is suspended);

③If there is an abnormal phenomenon, first turn off the emergency stop switch and check the main power supply;

④ It is not allowed to start other components before the krypton lamp is ignited to prevent high voltage from entering and damaging the components.

⑤ Pay attention to the laser power output terminal (anode) can not be suspended, to prevent fire and breakdown with other electrical appliances;

⑥ Keep the internal circulating water clean, clean the water tank regularly and replace with deionized or pure water.

⑦ Keep the room and machine surface clean and tidy.

⑧ Regularly check whether there is dirt on each optical lens (the term depends on the working environment), if there is dirt, scrub it promptly. The scrubbing method is as follows:

 

When cleaning the lens, you must be very careful. Before cleaning the lens, please read the following precautions:

 

1. Use tools to pick up the lens, such as tweezers. If possible, you must wear finger cots or rubber gloves when holding lenses.

2. The lens should be placed on lens paper to avoid damage.

3. Do not put the lens on a hard or rough surface, the lens is easily scratched.

4. Do not clean and touch the surface of pure gold or pure copper.

 

First step

 

Use a blowing balloon to blow off the floats on the surface of the lens. If the pollutants cannot be blown off, continue to the second step

 

Note: Do not use compressed air from the factory because it contains a lot of oil and water, which will form a harmful absorption film on the surface of the film.

 

Second step

 

Use acetone or ethanol (required for analytical grade). Fold the lens cleaning paper into a small square, such as wet lens cleaning paper between four fingers, hold the lens in one hand and the paper in the other hand and gently wipe in the direction of the lens coating pattern. Action (wipe once and change the paper).

 

Note: If the dirt cannot be removed in this step, it is recommended to change the lens.

 

Common faults and treatment measures:

 

First,Elimination method of abnormal phenomenon

 

1. The power indicator does not light up.

1) The AC 220V is not connected well.

2) The indicator light is broken. Connect the power cord and replace it.

 

2. The protection indicator is on and there is no RF output.

1) The internal overheating causes the protection unit to act.

2) The external protection contact is disconnected.

3) The Q component does not match the driver, or the connection between the two is unreliable, causing excessive reflection and causing the internal protection unit to act. Improve heat dissipation conditions. Check the external protection contacts. Measure standing wave ratio. Consult our company.

 

3. The running indicator is on and there is no RF output. 

1) The light control signal is always valid.

2) The position of the RUN/T-on/T-off selector switch is incorrect. Check the light control signal pulse. Turn the switch to the correct position.

 

4. Processing graphics and text are disordered.

The effective level of light emission is set incorrectly. Reset the effective level of the light.

 

5. The laser power that can be turned off is too small.

1) There is a problem with the Q switching element.

2) The output RF power is too small. Check the Q switch. Adjust the output RF power.

 

6. The peak power of laser pulse is too small.

1) The average laser power is too small.

2) There is a problem with the Q switching element. Adjust the light path. Check the Q switching element.

 

Secondly,Common faults and treatment measures:

 

1. Reasons for the weak laser output power of the new equipment that has not been used for a long time:

 

① Whether the laser output power measured at the factory reaches the technical index;

② Whether the accuracy of resonant cavity adjustment meets the requirements;

③ Whether there is light leakage in the all-reflection diaphragm;

④ Whether the insertion loss of the acousto-optic switch is within the specified range.

 

2. After using for a period of time, the reasons for the decrease of laser output power:

 

① Whether the laser resonant cavity has changed: fine-tune the resonator lens to make the output spot the best;

② Whether the total reflection and output diaphragm are stained;

③ The acousto-optic crystal shifts or the output energy of the acousto-optic power supply is low: adjust the position of the acousto-optic crystal;

④ Whether the temperature difference between the cooling water tank water temperature setting and the ambient temperature exceeds 5℃;

⑤ Whether the service life of the krypton lamp has expired;

⑥ The laser entering the galvanometer is off-center: adjust the laser;

⑦ If the current is adjusted to about 20A and the sensitivity is not strong enough: the krypton lamp is aging, replace it with a new one.

 

3. The laser output power is normal, but the laser beam cannot play a marking role:

 

① Whether the adjustment of the optical path system is accurate;

② Whether the sound and light switch can play a switch role;

③ Whether the D/A card controls the sound and light output signal to reach 5V.
